He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hautala and Viola Hautala. He is survived by: his wife Jeanne; his children, Kim St (Leno), Julie Nylund (Jer), Teresa Gribble (Bill), Jeremy Dumond (Lindsay) and Jess Vadnais; his grandchildren, Leno Jr, Devin, Ella, Kelsie, Austin, Iris, Brice, Jack, Julia and Isla; and his brother Dan Hautala (Jean). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations honoring Jerry's memory are preferred to the Lustgarten Foundation for Pancreatic Cancer Research.
