He is survived by: his wife Joyce Ann Mork; his daughters, Joni Garvey (Thomas) and Julie Phillips (James); his grandchildren, Katie, Sarah Garvey, Jaren and Jack Phillips; his siblings, Shirley Bader (Warren), Carol Bell (Jim) and Bobby Mork (Freda); and his pets, Daisy, Storm, Zoey, Oliver, Sydney, Breanna, Myndy of Lakeview Hospice and Jim.
