He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Hogan and Anne Hogan Holzschuh; and his brother-in-law Gerald Nelson. He is survived by: his former wife Kathryn Holtan; his wife Jean; his children, Thomas Hogan, Judy Stadem (Tom), David Hogan (Lynn) and Joni Cooper; his stepchildren, Richard Schultz (Kimberly) and Catherine Johnson (Brian); his grandchildren, Rachel, Nathan, Hannah (Ethan), Rebeka, Alexander, Madison, Adam and Lia; his stepgrandchildren, Tyler, Taylor, Erin, Cole and Alex; and his siblings, Robert Hogan (Sally) and Joanne Nelson.
Memorials are preferred to the United Methodist Church or to American Parkinson Disease Association.
