He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Forsmo (Forsmo); his daughter Barb; his sister Florence; his son Michael; his parents, James and Henrietta; his daughter Kathy; and his sister Patricia.
He is survived by: his children, Jeff Gorman (Christine) of Hudson, WI and Anne Gorman of Cuba City, WI; his daughter-in-law Sharon Diedrich of Fond; his grandchildren, Ryley Gorman, Zachary Gorman (Ashley) and Gabrielle Gilbert (Anthony); his friend Harley Schneider; and his sisters-in-law, Dixie Forsmo (Jim) and Lois Forsmo. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the American Diabetes Foundation or the Special Olympics of Wisconsin.
