She was predeceased by: her nephew Christopher (Cory); and her stepfather Wells Wentworth. She is survived by: her husband Jerome; her sister Joan DeGeest (Donald); her stepdaughter Kim Carey (Michael); her grandchildren, Cody Carey and Bridget Carey; and her nephews, Gregory, Douglas (Elaine), Jeffrey, Teresa, Timothy and Michael (Kelly).
