It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mark Simmons (Hustisford, Wisconsin), born in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, who passed away on April 2, 2020, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including : his grandparents, Clarence and Muriel Peterson of Lake Hallie, WI; his mother JoAnn Peterson-Simmons-Tulip; and his stepfather Otto Tulip.

In lieu of cards or flowers, Mark requested a memorial donation be made to the Carbone Cancer Center in Madison, WI where Dr. Dustin Deming and his team took care of him on this part of his journey.
