It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anne Blackburn of Janesville, Wisconsin, born in Crystal Lake, Illinois, who passed away on August 3, 2020, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Arthur Meier and Bessie Meier (Rizner); her husband Kenneth Blackburn Jr.; her siblings, Jimmy Meier, Ronnie Meier, Betty Meier (Dux) and Raymond Meier; and her children-in-law, Janet Schoengarth and Bruce Dannenmeier.

She is survived by : her children, Rick Schoengarth, Barb Dannenmeier, Mary Blaser, Lisa Schyvinck (Derek) and Stacey Mengelt (Todd); her grandchildren, Luke Chellevold, Josh Chellevold, Amanda Dreyer (Eric), Andrew Schoengarth, Adam Blaser, Aaron Blackburn, Allison Blackburn, Kristen Schoengarth, Ashlyn Schyvinck, Anna Schyvinck and Abby Mengelt; her great grandchildren, Mackenzie Chellevold and Riley Dreyer; and her sister Judy Quicker (Jerry).
