She was predeceased by: her parents, Naomi Mann and Clarence Earl Hoge; and her sister Joyce Hoge Marable (Jim McNanny). She is survived by: her husband Gerald Cox; and her daughters, Susan Pike (Mick) of Janesville, Sandy Streich (Jeff) of Jefferson, Sherri Ragland (Gary) of Richmond, Virginia and Staci Robbins (Regina) of Maryland. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
Donations may be made in Barbara's name to the Humane Society of Rock County.
