He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Madonna and Cecelia Madonna (Rainford). He is survived by: his wife Sharon Madonna; his children, Arica Hewlett (Tye), Matthew Madonna, Amy Madonna, Extended and Amber Gorniak; and his siblings, Tina Forrett and Sandy Beckman. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren.
