He is survived by: his daughters, Sara Kay Neumann of Santa Rosa, CA and Tess Marie Neumann (Andrew Sellin) of Kimberly, WI; his former wife Barbara A. Neumann; his siblings, Diane Crossman (Dick) of Butte, MT and David Neumann (Barbara) of Janesville; and his friend Harv. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many friends.
