He was predeceased by: his parents, John H. O'Leary and Gwendolyn L. O'Leary (Anderson); and his brother Dennis O'Leary. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie; his daughter Kellie Salvo (Vince) of Springfield, IL; his stepchildren, Todd Schwenkner, Tami Georgen (Paul) and Timothy Scwenkner; his siblings, Shirley Wuksinich (Guy), Michael O'Leary (Debi), Connie Brummond (Larry), Sandra McCarthy (Jim), Ray O'Leary, Alan O'Leary (Deb) and Terry O'Leary (Cindy); his grandchildren, Kelcie, Peter, Mikaila Salvo, Justin, Tyler, Corbin and Joshua Georgen; and his great grandchild Henley James Schwenkner. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
