He is survived by: his wife Monica; his children, Bessie Hable of Janesville, WI, Roger Parr (Carol) of Ontario, WI, Robert C. Parr (Brenda) of Beloit, WI, Robin Zinsou (Parfait) of Ft. Worth, TX, Ginger Lowrey of Janesville, WI, Dawn Lowrey of Janesville, WI and Nicole Lowrey of North Chicago, IL; his pet Koko; and his brother-in-law Byron "Butch" Miller. He is also survived by his 15 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
For lasting memorials are preferred to be made to Alzheimer's Association, or Agrace Hospice.
