He is survived by: his children, Patrick and Callie; his wife Karen; his grandsons, Tyler, Aiden, Isaac and Pim; his sister Joan Hayes of Edgerton; his sibling's child Kelly Hoffmeister (Benny); and also, Patrick Johnson (Debbie) of Janesville, Callie Schouten (Jeroen) of Milton and Bradley Hayes (Deb).
