He is survived by: his significant other Julie Stevens (Helgerson); his children, Kyle Stevens (Kimberly) of Grafton and Kali Stevens of Waukesha; his grandchildren, Ethan and Aiden Stevens; and his brothers, Tim Stevens (Cheryl) of Prairie, Chien and Tom Stevens.
