He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Nehls and Alice Nehls (McCormick); his sister Brenda Osmond; and his daughter-in-law Jodi Steele. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Steele (Weir); his children, Wendy Relich (Dan), Pam Linneman (Dan), Jennifer Leitz (Mark) and Greg Steele; and his sister Jackie Wille. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
