It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Christine Marie Provenzano of Jefferson, Wisconsin, who passed away on May 15, 2022, at the age of 46, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her parents, Roger Provenzano of Jefferson and June Provenzano (Blegen) of Jefferson; and her siblings, Lisa Gutheridge (Scott) of Lake Mills, John Provenzano of Jefferson, Roger Jr. Provenzano (Erin) of East Peoria, IL, Angela James (Kevin) of Janesville, Jennifer Palomino (Carlos) of Jefferson and April Crum (Jason) of Fort Atkinson. She is also survived by 6 nieces and nephews; and 5 great-nieces and great-nephews.
