He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Ruegg and Angela Ruegg (Erlwein); and his brothers, Jimmy and Paul. He is survived by: his wife Charmaine of Jefferson; his children, Stacey Gharbi (Lotfi) of Madison, Craig (Shannon) of Hartford, Jessica Maier (Reid) of DeForest and Angela Weber of Johnson Creek; his grandchildren, Austin, Greta, Lily and Whitney; and his brother Carl (Lana) of Readstown. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
