She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold "Red" and May Sandberg (Kuhnke); her grandson Noah; and her siblings, Marion Bartman and Herman Sandberg.

She is survived by: her brother Hermie; her husband Wayne Harter; and her children, Mark, Kimberly and Julie.
