She was predeceased by : her parents, Johann and Sarah Wellmann, Sr. (Ondriesch); her husband Virgil Smith; her siblings, Sarah, Katherine, Regina, Margaret and John Jr.; and her grandsons, Brian Raasch and Curtis Heino.
She is survived by : her former life partner Reinhold Paschkowski; her daughters, Maria Loomis (James) of Jefferson, Linda Heino (Greg) of Appleton and Heidy Sowatzke (Bob) of Brodhead; her grandchildren, Christopher Loomis, Candy Loomis, Chassidy Heino, Heather Heino, Brandon Raasch, Dustin Raasch (Tashan), Samantha Peterson (Chris) and Spencer Sowatzke; and her great grandchildren, Malachi, Hannah, Jazzmarie, Sonya, Isai, Lana, Bella, Rey, Chase and Austin. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
