He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Noyes and Alice Noyes (Stagg); and his spouse Betty Jane Smith. He is survived by: his children, Roy Noyes of Lake Mills, Mary Noyes of Jefferson and Wayne Hesse (Julia) of Sullivan.
