He was predeceased by: his parents, Leone (Plumb) and Charles F. Hamilton, Sr.; his stepfather Vilas Boyce (Vic); his godparents, Lyle and Gladys Plumb; his grandparents, Harry and Irma Plumb; his parents-in-law, Ben and Marie Pahl; and his brother-in-law Ronald Pahl.
He is survived by: his wife Joann Hamilton (Pahl); his stepsons, Kevin Anderson and Kurt Anderson (Stacy); his brother Harry Hamilton (Sandy); his granddaughters, Amber Nackers (Christopher), Alyssa and Emily Anderson; his great grandchildren, Nevaeh, Isaiah and Coraeh Nackers; his pets, Taya and Harley; and his siblings-in-law, Sharon Hoffmann (Bob), Duane (Joan) and Bruce Pahl. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
