She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Bowen and Delores Bowen (Painter); and her brother Ricky Lee Bowen. She is survived by: her husband Richard "Dick" Connor; her children, Suzanne Jones and Bryan Jones; her stepson Brian Connor; her daughter-in-law Amy Short Jones; and her grandchildren, Kevin Williams, Kristina Williams, Ava Shepherd, Matty Shepherd, Joseph Shepherd, Evan Jones, Mercedees Connor and Sierra Melton. She is also survived by seven Great Grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers we would prefer donations in Judy's name to the American Cancer Society.
