He is survived by: his mother Marie Lauren; his wife Donna Huisman; his close friends, Skip and Carol Hewitt; his children, Michelle Firchow (Ken), Vicki Running (Daniel), Andrea Lindberg (Bradley), Justin Maynard (Lucy Shannon), Megan Maynard (Matt Vande Vyver) and Brody Maynard; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Tittle (Alexander), Nicholas (Jasmine Fosberg), Abigail Firchow, Samuel Running, Gracyn Lindberg Grayson Bybee and Lelend Skalmusky; his siblings, Wallace (Marilyn), Gerald (Ellie), Kenneth (Deb), Jeff Maynard (Peggy), Bob Guy (Pam), Pam Pues (Rod) and Cheryl Fritz; his siblings-in-law, James Sprangers and Mariann Vandenberg; his great grandchild Amelia Tittle; and his foster daughter Jamie Quezada (Freddie). He is also survived by many foster children, and many nieces; nephews; relatives and friends.
