She was predeceased by: her mother Charlene Martin (Hoffman); and her son Christopher Pfarr. She is survived by: her father Peter Martin; her husband Dale; her son Daniel Pfarr (Ashley) of Trevor, WI; her stepmother Carol Callahan Martin of Pleasant Prairie, WI; her stepson Nathan Mengo (Desiree); her brothers, Dr. Michael Martin (Jane) of Franklin, WI and Alan Martin; and her grandchildren, Cody, Ellie Mae, Alex, Kennedy, Ethan, Ella and Franco. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Due to recent health concerns regarding COVID-19, funeral services and interment will be private.
