She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Webb and Dorothy Webb (Perschke). She is survived by: her husband Charles Faulk of Kenosha; her children, Russell Faulk (Kate) of Elmhurst, IL, Christopher Faulk of Vincennes, IN and Todd Faulk of Rockford, IL; and her brother Howard Webb (Elaine) of Burleson, TX. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
