Dennis W. Kozak Obituary

We are sad to announce that on January 30, 2021, at the age of 82, Dennis W. Kozak of Kenosha, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Kozak and Lillian Kozak (Zawacki); his sisters, Sandy Kozak and Donna Hansche; his parents-in-law, Joseph Migliano and Yola Robsel; and his brother-in-law Frank Cistaro.

He is survived by: his wife Jean Migliano; his great grandchild Eden; his children, Denise Hinich (Kevin), Dennis Kozak (Janet) and Joe Kozak (Shelly); his grandchildren, Matthew, Corey Finnigan, Dr. Dani Kozak Joy (Andy), Kelcey (Kayleigh), Brett (Anna), Natalie Kozak (Brian) and Mallory Suess; his great grandchildren, Denleigh, Hadleigh, Savannah, Gage, Skyler, Bryleigh, Logan, Kaydence, Wesleigh, Joseph "J. T." and GaGa; his sisters-in-law, Judy Cistaro and JoAnn Principe (John); his sibling's children, Debbie Phillips, Frank Cistaro and Jon Principe; and his friend Adolph. He is also survived by his grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Due to Covid restrictions, services for Dennis were private for the family.
