He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Holden and Myrtle Holden (Conard). He is survived by: his wife Eileen Holden of Kenosha; his son Cody Holden (Chantel) of Kenosha; his siblings, Pamela Nickel (Lenny) of Union Grove and Greg Holden (Debbie) of Kenosha; his nieces, Lisa (William) and Brittany (Jessie); his great-niece Lexie; and his great-nephew Logan.

Due to COVID-19 guidelines, face masks are required while in the church.
