He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Hladilek (Schroedel) of Wisconsin Rapids; his wife Valene Hladilek of Kenosha; his children, Michael Hladilek (Jessica) of Kenosha, Kevin (Candace Jachim) of Kenosha and Michelle Hladilek of Kenosha; his brothers, Lawrence Hladilek (Barb) of Kenosha, Randy Hladilek (Chris) of Oconomowoc and Dennis Hladilek of Sun Prairie; and his grandchildren, Alexis, Michael, Grace, Tyler, Trinity, Furbabies Bunnie and Pandabear.
