He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Polentini and Dolores Polentini Sr. (Santelli); and his siblings, Yvonne and Ben. He is survived by: his wife Jenny; his daughters, Amy Polentini-Jabs (Joshua) and Jillian Durham (James); his grandchildren, Joseph, Nicholas, Anthony and Brittany; and his siblings, Mary Kober (Dan), Linda Patrick (Ron Biggs), Nancy Patrick, Lisa DeAngelis (Frank), Jackie (Jack), Judy and Billy (Sally). He is also survived by many other nieces, nephew, other family, and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 19th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Proko Funeral Home & Crematory (5111 60th St, Kenosha, WI 53144). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 19th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
