He is survived by: his mother Georgiana Hamilton (Mark Jacoby) of Kenosha; his wife Linda Kroack of La Crosse; and his siblings, Cheven Jacoby of Union Grove, Dustin Jacoby (Jennifer) of Kenosha and Michelle Kroack.
