She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Hase and Eleanor Hase (Holt); her former husband Cecil Heal; her husband Michael Cholak; her son Ernest; and her siblings, Linda Bekkum and Theodore "Ted" Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Kathleen (James) and William Heal (Terry); her siblings, Keith Hase of Viroqua, Alan, Steven (Jeanette Hase) of Viroqua and LuAnn; and her boyfriend Gary Kerley. She is also survived by her 9 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchild and 1 great-great-grandchild; nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
