She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Williams, Jr. and Gertrude Williams (Hogan); and her siblings, Willie, James of John, JC, Jozelle, Ray D., Nannie Mae, Emma Jean and Meneriva.

She is survived by: her son Parrish Williams (Tammy); her sister Leatha G. Hughes of Jackson, MS; her significant other Jerome Brewington; and her pet Money. She is also survived by other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
