He was predeceased by : his parents, Frank Caldwell, Sr. and Beatrice Waupoose (Lyons); his stepfathers, Melvin Waupoose and Clifford Kaquatosh, Sr.; his siblings, Joseph Kaquatosh, Dana Waupoose, Sherry Waupoose, Stephen "Spike" Waupoose, Anthony Waupoose, Wanda Waupoose and Reynold "Wrench" Frechette; and his nieces, Carmella Lita and Lynn Maria.
He is survived by : his sons, Thunder J. Caldwell of Shawano and Jerome Caldwell of Shawano; his grandchildren, Patrick, Yellowrose, Aja and Evonie; his siblings, Clifford "Poonah" Kaquatosh (Rachel), Alan "Dale" Kaquatosh (Glenda), Yvonne Kaquatosh, Brian "Sly" Kaquatosh, Gordon Kaquatosh and Paula Waupoose; and his niece Jennifer Frechette. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
