With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carolyn (Falk) Houlihan of Kewaskum, Wisconsin, who passed away on November 1, 2023 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Wilmer Falk and Bernadette Falk; her husband Kevin J. Houlihan; and her siblings, Barbara Eichstedt, Donald Falk, Phyllys Von Garlem, James Falk, Judy Lickman and Wilmer Falk, Jr..
She is survived by : her children, Patrick Houlihan (Sara) of Woodward, IA and Maureen Houlihan of Waunakee; her grandson Hayden Harbort; and her siblings, Mary Jane Vass, Jack Falk and Bernadette Falk. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
Memorials to the University of Wisconsin Carbone Cancer Center are appreciated.
