Berkovitz and Leona Berkovitz (Zuzanek); her husband Paul Barrette; her siblings, Walter Jr. Sylvester (Pinky), Gilbert (Skiffer), Sharon and Sandra Berkovitz; her sister-in-law Mary Olszewski; her siblings' children, James, John Mueller and Kim Berkovitz; and her siblings-in-law, Harold Ebert (Butch) and Mary Ann Barrette.
She is survived by: her daughter Barbara; her son-in-law Dennis DuBois; her grandchildren, Addisen and Noah DuBois of New Franken; her brothers, Dennis, Jerry and Bearcat (Linda); her sister-in-law Dale Berkovitz (Hokey); her sister Janet Ebert; and her siblings-in-law, John Barrette, Frances, Jerry Murray and Roger Olszewski of New Holstein. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
