He was predeceased by: his father James Watters; and his brother-in-law Bill Wellbrock. He is survived by: his mother Shirley Watters (Dieck); and his siblings, Brian Watters, Kent Watters, Pamela Wellbrock, James Watters Jr. and Dave Watters (Jodi). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
