She is survived by: her children, Susan Zak (Jim), Paul, David, Jim (Lisa) and John; her brother Tony Kotyza (Donna); her sister-in-law Julia Kotyza; her grandchildren, Jared Zak (Jessica), Jamie Kaul (Andre), Jennifer Pope (Greg), Sara Kiely (Pat), Jeffrey (Theresa), Jessup Schlies (Jenny), Jeremy Schaller (Abby), Jason Schaller (Nikki), Corinne Schaller and Hayden Schaller; and her great grandchildren, McKenzie, Amelia Kaul, Nora Kiely, Clara, Hudson Schlies, Caleb, Peyton and Logan Schaller. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
