He was predeceased by : his parents, Ruth Puls Fogle (Merkel) and William C Puls Sr.. He is survived by : his brothers, Gerald H Puls (Michelle) and David C. Puls of Clarksville, IN.; his stepsisters, Kathy Fogle (John) and Deborah Warner (Scott); and his close friend Patricia Meuler.
