She is survived by : her boyfriend Roger Karcz; her brother Mark Luszczek (Elizabeth) of Clarendon Hills, IL; her sister Susan Dina (Michael) of Hickory Hills, IL; her niece Amy; her nephew Eric Dina; her daughter Shannon Lemmens; her grandchildren, Allison Lemmens, Jacob Lemmens (Molly), Emily Lemmens, Tyler Frisch and Tanner Frisch; her son Corey Karcz (Tara) of Anchorage, AK; her grandchildren, Greta, Chelsea (Casey Bridges) and Delaney; her great grandchildren, Brantley, Keaghan and Riley; and also Stacy Marnell (John).
