We are sad to announce that on December 4, 2023, at the age of 84, DDS Kemper M. Cowgill (La Crosse, Wisconsin) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his mother Virginia Cowgill (Kemper); his parents-in-law, Art and Helene Wolcott; his brother James Cowgill; and his son Bryan.
He is survived by : his father Robert Cowgill; his wife Nancy Wolcott; his children, Terry Cowgill (Shelly) and Tracy Pitz (Jeff); his grandchildren, Jack, Christina, Caitlyn Pitz, Grace, Jonah and Sophie Cowgill; his great grandchild Isabella; his sister-in-law Sherri Cowgill; and his niece Jennifer Jakubic (Dan).
In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer donations to Immanuel Lutheran Church, Caledonia Streetscapes, Brownsville Fire and Rescue, Alzheimers Association or a charity of your choice.
