She was predeceased by : her father Russell; and her grandfather Gerold Bernhardt. She is survived by : her mother Vona of Onalaska; her siblings, Ashley Nowak (Derek) of Holmen and Nathan Keller (Amy) of Waunakee; her nephews, Austin, Andrew Keller and Camden Nowak; her grandparents, Norma Bernhardt, Harry "Red" and Jean Hiser; and her significant other Daphne. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends; and her dog.
In lieu of flowers memorials are preferred and will be distributed to Nicole's favorite charities.
