He is survived by: his children, Nacole Cox (David), Alan Revels (Alanna), Catherine Burmaster (Paxton), Amy Lawrence, Jamie Raiten (Jamin), April Burch (Luke) and Jill Teal (Mark Carlson); his former wife Rita Revels; his grandchildren, Zander, Diesel, Noah, Trenton, Ashley, Dawson, Savannah, Tyler, MaKayla and Keith; and his siblings, Frank Revels (Jill) and Tammy Karstetter. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, uncles, cousins and family friends.
