He was predeceased by : his parents, Herman Kottwitz and Norma Kottwitz (Schmidt); and his siblings, Gordon and Marlene Scheel. He is survived by : his children, Rick (Connie), Randy (Jamie), DuWayne (Debbie) and Cindy Bartelt (Scott); and his grandchildren, Matthew, Daniel, Noah and Chloe Kottwitz. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
