We are sad to announce that on July 17, 2022, at the age of 79, Shirley Ann Benisch of Lake Mills, Wisconsin passed away. She was predeceased by : her parents, Forrest Chase and Marilyn Chase (Johnson); her husband Willie; her sister Carol Mack; her stepmother Margaret Chase; and her friends, Sharon Durst and Lucy Van Dusen.

She is survived by : her children, Lisa Burch (Jim) of North Freedom, Teri Boyce (Rick) of Tulsa, OK and Brian Benisch (Terri) of Lake Mills; and her siblings, Al Chase (Suzie), Joe Chase (Kathy), Neil Chase and Mary Chase. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren.
