She is survived by : her children, Lisa Burch (Jim) of North Freedom, Teri Boyce (Rick) of Tulsa, OK and Brian Benisch (Terri) of Lake Mills; and her siblings, Al Chase (Suzie), Joe Chase (Kathy), Neil Chase and Mary Chase. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren.
