He was predeceased by: his parents, George Pirus and Marie Pirus (Nozel); his wife Karen Sager; and his siblings, Irene Knusta, Helen Faude, Evelyn Gulrud, Mary Zinda, Lucas, Anthony, Thomas and George.
He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Adams (Frank) of Wabeno, Kallie Betthauser (Phil) of Caledonia, Robert Pirus (Vicky) of Wabeno and Michael Pirus (Lisa) of Crandon; his grandchildren, Zach (Justin), Jed (Menghua), Cassandra, Raymond (Stephanie), Kayla (Eric), Stephanie (Parker), Allison (Jared), Faith, Logan, Grace, Hailey (Domingo), Britney, Nathan (Cassidy) and Cortney (Ryan); his great grandchildren, Etta, Arya, Uriah, Sophia, Liam, Ivanna, Vivian, Cory, Stella, Anthony, Levi, Weston, Evelyn and Buxton; and his sisters, Dorthea McCarthy, Kathy Quint, Pauline Semski and Elizabeth Marvin (Chuck).
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Bradley Funeral Home & Crematory (1550 Neva Rd, Antigo, WI 54409). A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
