It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Beth Kostka (Little Chute, Wisconsin), born in Appleton, Wisconsin, who passed away on April 3, 2018, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parent Jack Tulloch. She is survived by : her parent Isabella Tulloch (DeGroot); her spouse Daniel "Butch" Kostka; her daughter Sara Kostka; her brother Jan Tulloch (Krista); and also, Bonnie Hartjes (Gerald), Marianne Schmidt, Donald Kostka (Florence), Jardy Kostka (Mary) and Janet Ertl. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
