She was predeceased by : her parents, Louis Sr. Slomski and Viola Slomski (Voltz); her husband Gary; her brother Louis Jr. (Dorothy); her son-in-law Johnnie; and her parents-in-law, Wesley and Viola.
She is survived by : her children, David (Gail), Peter, Patrick (Pamela) and Kandi; her grandchildren, David Jr., Michael, Mark, Alexandra, Samantha, Johnnie Jr. and Alanah; her brother Tony (Bennie); her siblings-in-law, Cal (Sharon), Lindy and Keith (Kathy); and her close friend Linda Echrick. She is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
