He is survived by : his sisters, Lorna Johnson (Mark) and Rhonda Dowling (Dave); his nieces and nephews, Rebecca Walden (John), Kimberly Banach (David), Cory Schaal, Shane Amrhein, Danny Ahles, James Gavinksi, Mary Gavinski and Ashley Rivera (Tony); and his stepfather Richard Kerber.
