She is survived by: her children, Patrick (Heather), Charlene (Joe), Laurie (Chuck) and Lisa (Dennis); her grandchildren, Grace (Zach), Ethan, Jack, Len Junior, Erica, Ryan (Gretchen), Chuck (Mindi), Brian, Jennifer (Matt), Josh and Kyle (Corrine); her great grandchildren, Daylee, Everett, Charlie, Clover, Kolton, Hayden and McKenna; her sister Beverly; and her caregivers, Vicki and Elma. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
