Schwengel (Madison, Wisconsin), born in Port Washington, Wisconsin, who passed away on February 14, 2019, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his son Paul Schwengel (Paulette); his daughter-in-law Judi Schwengel; his granddaughters, Michelle Regala (Chris) and Erika Skarda (Jon); and his great grandchildren, Rowan Skarda and Max Regala.
